Life has a way of changing our destiny. I ended up doing
a Pastry course here in Australia at the Carrick Institute of Education. There I discovered a passion for Cake Decoration.
This is my new hobby.
I have a Certificate III in Pastisserie and I am a Certified
Food Safety Supervisor.
